Top innovation strategist Peter Skarzynski leads in Exago Webinars’ premiere

Peter Skarzynski addresses the challenge “How to sustain innovation inside your organization?,” on July 16, at 12 pm EST (5 pm GMT+1). This is the first of three free Exago Webinars featuring the best selling author’s special participation.

Skarzynski is presenting key highlights of his recently published book, “The Innovator’s Field Guide”, sharing vital principles, techniques, and processes in successfully designing, executing, and sustaining innovation within organizations.

The 45-minute session deals with three main topics: what are some of the design principles behind long lasting innovation efforts; the role of leadership, metrics and incentives when designing an innovation program; people engagement as a key dimension for sustainable value creating innovation initiatives.
