Exago present in one of the most important innovation events of the year

Pedro do Carmo Costa, Exago’s director and co-founder, facilitated a workshop last November 14, at Innovation Land 2013, in Medellin, Colombia. Innovation Land brought together other thought leaders as Henry Chesbrough, Rowan Gibson, Stefan Lindegaard or Hitendra Patel.

Pedro’s workshop – “Are you innovation ready?” – focused on how companies think they are positioned for innovation and how they are really tackling it. In fact there is a huge difference between what they believe they do and what they really do. Facing this discrepancy helps companies understand how to plan and organize themselves to make sure their innovation efforts will be successful.

The event was a great opportunity to share insights and exchange views on the innovation trends and challenges for the future and how Exago can bring value helping solving most of those challenges and trends.

Major conference in Chile with Exago’s presence

Pedro do Carmo Costa, Exago’s director and co-founder, gave a lecture on people’s engagement at ICARE’s annual conference Empresa e Sociedade (Company and Society). ICARE, the “Instituto Chileno de Administración Racional de Empresas”, invited Exago as the international guest for the business event of the year in Santiago, Chile.

Pedro’s lecture focused on how engagement is relevant to increase organizations attractiveness to their stakeholders, how engaged employees are much more efficient and productive than non-engaged ones and how engaged customers are increasingly loyal and bring augmented revenues to the company.

Pedro also mentioned how Exago’s experience and model is bringing value to our clients and how their “communities” are now especially satisfied by being able to participate on organization’s challenges and by having a bidirectional communication tool to get in touch with companies’ leadership.
