Recently Enel’s Eidos Market Global initiative launched. With Eidos Market the company takes another step in strengthening the bonds of the “Enel Nation”, the so-called network composed of Group employees around the world. Eidos Market will aggregate all of the company’s knowledge and innovation strategy in one place, encouraging everybody to participate in the process regardless of their position or experience.
Here are some interesting numbers regarding the project:
- 71.000 people have been registered and are ready to participate;
- 40 countries are involved spanning 3 continents and utilizing 5 different in-platform languages (Italian, Spanish, Russian, English and Portuguese);
- 110 ideas, 133 investments and 49 comments were created in the first 24 hours.
At the previous Eidos Market participants proposed over 2.000 ideas and more than 60 projects have been implemented in 6 countries – a great success. Enel Group decided to increase the range of the project over the entire organization as a way to guarantee cross-cultural collaboration. We have seen in the past how an idea from a specific area/ country is able to evolve and turn into a big project in another corner of the world. Just think about the possibilities that a solution with 71.000 participants may provide.
This project demonstrates the trust that once more is placed in Exago’s Idea Market, one of the main tools to enhance the innovation strategy of Enel Group.
